Return policy

You have 14 days from receipt to return your dress if it does not suit you.

Conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition
• Tags still attached
• In original packaging

Procedure:

1. Write to us at contact@alionaroyal.com with your order number
2. We will send you the return address
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless our error)

Refund: The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection.
